Hi, I have been a faaithful owner of Microbotics for a long time now. With my 1200 system purchased a little over a year ago, I was excited when you came out with the first commercially available 030 board for it. I bought it immediately. No sooner did my dealer here have it than I did too. After 5 different 1230XA boards and 3 different 8Meg SIMMS, I have finnally had it. I have been telling you guys (Microbotics) that there is something wrong and you guys just shrug your shoulders. After putting up with seemingly unexplained gurus, I called Paravision about it… "Oh, we just fonud a problem with that board two weeks ago…" they said. EXCUSE ME! I have been telling you about this for months now! I want to know why my complaints have gone into the big void instead of a growing pile that should say to the company…. "HEY! Maybe there is a problem with the XA… maybe we should look into it!" I understand that problems can be missed but this is rediculous!
