I too have had a lot of problems with UC, although being the winner
of a free copy from the conference I really can't complain too much! The
editor is close to unusable and there is virtually no docs. Their BB has
one sample stack which is part 1 of a tutorial, and is excellent. However
it is just part one of MANY parts.
