#Two Compilers?
sja,
I see by your last message that own and keep up to date both the Manx
and the Lattice (excuse me SAS) compilers. I recently bought the SAS
compiler and am learning to program, when I can find the time.
I was wondering why you have both? Do you use both in development? I
realize that both must have there own advantages, as they are both
respected products. It is also good to have such stiff competition between
them (we the users benefit).
I would just like to know your rational for having both. Please phrase
your answer (if possible) to the level of a novice C programmer like me who
has basically made it through a Introduction to 'C' book and about 75%
through "Inside the Amiga" by Berry.
