What you will need to do is launch PageMaker first, then select open from
the file menu and select the template. This should work as That is what I
had to do. You can't launch PageMaker by double clicking on the template.
One more thing, If you have never made any saves (you really shouldn't
anyway) so that the templates are still a 2.0 version, you will have to
bring them up in Pagemaker 3.0, then save them as a template, this will
convert them to a higher version which can be then brought up in 4.0, then
resave it again as a template.
