Don't count on TVS Baseball any time soon. According to a recent issue of
Computer Gaming World, the small company that was working on TVS Baseball
has filed a $20 million suit against Cinemaware. It seems Cinemaware
cancelled the project and then attempted to block the company
from marketing the game with another distributor. The small company filed
suit in attempt to gain the right to bring the game to market under a
different name.
