You should really ask this question in the VAX Forum, where PCSA is
covered. This Forum is devoted to DEC personal computers, including the
Rainbow, DECmate, and VAXmate.
To answer your question, PCSA and Windows have worked together well for
many years. But if you are talking Windows 3.0, that product is
specifically not supported with current releases of PCSA. It will,
however, be supported by the next release of PCSA, currently expected
sometime later this year.
