Paul,
If you can't find a solution using ProPage, PageStream 2.0 is able to use
IBM Adobe type 1 fonts directly. I have not yet been able to try this
feature out since I don't have access to IBM fonts and I have not been
successful in finding any PD IBM fonts over in the IBM forums.
