Steve, Just a clarification of your clarification, (Gee, I hate getting involved here since I have no opinion on the subject but…), I think "Compuserves" involvement started when Betty sent the Email. Im not sure if you all have 2 ids your personal and your sysops but the fact that deletion was even brought up indicates that another "user" could not have been involved! Add to it the fact that the person is a well known sysop, and I think anyone would rightly assume it was an "official" message, even if sent in an informal, unofficial capacity. I realize that basically we are dealing with semantics, but in come cases semantics can be the difference between night and day. John
