Fascinating. I didn't know that about the phone company and the FCC. Then
how are all those 900 number 'adult' (I always thought they were kind of
childish myself…) services? I'm confused — or is it that the content of
those services is not (yet?) established as obscene and hence subject to
termination?
I'll have to think over your analogy of CIS to the press/a press. I
suspect you may be right, though.
