I don't recall wether or not this is true of the Amiga version, but I'm quite sure that the MS DOS version of wordperfect displays tab stops as small triangles on the bar that separates the Reveal Codes screen from the Document Editing Screen (or from doc 2, if you've split your screen that way). This is only a good gauge, though, if you are using a printer font comparable to the 10 cpi screen font WordPerfect uses. Since wp isn't WYSIWYG, you'll only be acurate in your output if your screen font is the same number of characters per inch as your printed text. Beyond that, there is a package called ProText that displays an acurate ruler line, but I do not recommend the package, on the whole. I paid thirty dollars for it at AMIEXPO Chicago, and I find that it was not worth the price. I believe it does not take advantage of the Amiga resources sufficiently, and becomes, simply, a pain in the whatever to use. Sorry, that doesn't sound like much use, does it? Good luck, –An other voice
