Version 1.09 is prerelease; nobody outside of developers, et al should
have pre-1.31 versions. Be warned that file compatibility between pre-1.31
and 1.31 is *NOT* a sure thing. It is best to recode the courses from
scratch since some information gets carried along with the icon. This is
especially true with database and interrupt icons.
