I can imagine that with different players there could be slightly different
timings? And if you were trying to coordinate sound with it it could get
very iffy?? Frankly, it sounds pretty good to me. I've been thinking of
the CLD 3030 or 3070 for a while, so I might just spring for one given this
(at least possible) level of control.
I've been hearing that the fully controllable units (used) run under $500,
so maybe eventually do that one too. (I want the 3070 for the digital
effects on the long play disks)
If you, Karl, go ahead with yours, let us know how you get along….
