#Looking for a LD player

Karl, I have a Pioneer 3030, and have digitized some frames from a number of CLV (as well as CAV) discs using the digital frame store capability of the player and Digi-View via the Color Splitter. (In other words, the 3030 DOES have a digital frame store.) The differences in features between a 3030 and a 3070 are: (1) the 3070 has an S-VHS output and (2) the 3070 has the capability to play both sides of a disc while the 3030 does not. One of the features that I really like about the 30×0 line of players is the "jog dial." The jog dial allows you to go forward or backward in the video at any speed by rotating a dial clockwise or counter-clockwise — it makes for some VERY interesting effects in the videos that I tend to watch… Wayde
