PK: I'm hoping you all might have a few suggestions for me. Situation: I have ProPage 1.3 and TAD on the Amiga side of a 2500/30, and HIJAAK on the AT Bridge side. In the office we also have an HJ ScanJet which, I am told, can create 8 bit gray scale images in a number of formats (TIFF and compressed TIFF being among them.) I note that ProPage says it can handle 8 bit (256 gray scale right?) files created with scanner and or software from you folks. Now, obviously I don't need a scanner, since we have one. And, I really can't ask the folks at work to move the scanner so it is hooked directly to my Amiga (it hooks into the office system through a Novell ethernet link via the AT Bridge). Is there any way I can create an 8 bit gray scale file on the scanner via the MSDOS hardware it is currently wired to, and then conver the file to something ProPage can use, either through Hijaak and ASDG software in combo, or through ASDG software directly? ?|^] Ray Lewis
