OK Marion, if you see the things that way. I'm very happy with non-built external utilities and have used dozens of utilities that give me the startup configurations I want for many years. I think this is more a question of personal views. For you is right to call it an operating system upgrade or, if you want, the "NEW operating system that will send you to heaven" or whatever you like to call the box 🙂 However, for me, and other people, this is not worth the money (specially when you are about to get a new dye-sub printer 🙂 or simply, doesn't need it.
