you can't "play" tga files in realtime, since they are typically 700k to
1mb for full screen files per frame – you'd need a 30mb per second
throughput to do it. You can compile them into other formats, like .fli,
.flc, .jpg, .avi etc. Video for Windows, Animator Pro and shareware like
DTA (Dave's Targa Animator?) would do this.
