Hey that sounds like fun. I know of a lot of things that would make good reef habitat that should be dumped… Speaking of dumping, I personally, think that ships should follow the same standards that backpackers follow. In other words, if they haul plastics and other trash out onto the ocean they can just as easily haul it back empty a dispose of it properly. Does the artificial reef seem to actually increase the fish population?
