Steve, As I understand it, Commodore's going to make some CD32s available here through its usual distributor/dealer channels. Which will be good for a few thousand sales to Amiga users. The vast majority of the 1993 units are going to go to England, where they know they can sell all they can afford to make. Interviews with CBM UK officials have stated that the company won't be pushing CD32 in the US until Mid-94. Which to me makes sense, really, since at that point they'll probably have some decent applications instead of CDTV and A1200 ports, and hopefully will have recovered enough to make some sort of minor marketing push. To bring out CD32 in the US now with major distribution and a few mediocre games and no real marketing plan would be suicide.
