Denny – Ok the new monitor is great, but I need a little help. I don't usually boot my machine to often, so once I set the screen mode to the new A2024 everything looks great (except for AP – but that's something I can live with, and something for my next thread ), anyway I can't seem to get the monitor mode recongized when I reboot the CPU. I have done the following in order to get the screen mode to stick, please, what am I missing here! I have moved the 2024 monitor icon from 'Monitor Store' to the monitor draw. This draw is in the rood of my Workbench disk (SYS:). I have also played alittle with 'Add Monitor' – in the icon, I defined the Num=4 Name=A2024. This 'Add Monitor' is in my System draw (SYS:system). 'Bind Monitor is also there and knows about the A2024. Ok, there was a while there when 'screen mode' did not know about the A2024 when I brought that up, and I have fixed that now. (I think the 'Add monitor' fixed that). So what am I doing wrong here, or what have I overlooked. BTW, I'm running WB 2.04 so I assumed that my 'monitor' draw does not yet belong in my 'devs' draw, as it would when one upgrades to 2.1. Anyway I have tryed putting that draw into Devs: and that made no difference. I have notice the following lines in my 'Start-Up Sequence'; "if exists sys:Monitors join >NIL: sys:monitors/~(#?.info) as t:mon-start execute t:mon-start" Well, like I said 'sys:Monitor' does exist in my SYS: and within that draw does exist the A2024.info. So I'm at a loss. Does anyone know what the deal is here. Thanks OnLine since 1982 Roy Pahnke – Casper WY
