Hi Rich! The best advice I could give you on the flicker, would be to buy, either the Flicker Free Video, or there's a new one called the Flicker Blaster (I don't know how good it is though.) I believe they're both in the low to mid $200 range. Then you'd need to buy a cheap VGA monitor ($150-200). I know that kind of sounds expensive, but you'd be suprised how much better the display would look! Course, there's always the used market… You might also go to 1 meg of chip ram, if you haven't already. you don't need the new Denise if you get one of the flicker eliminators.
