Thanks for the BARS tip. I don't know how to use blue glass or gun, but am interested. I am currently not using an "official" monitor, (I'm using a Sony KV-1362, the one Videotek uses to build their reciever/monitor), but plan on purchasing one in the next month or two. I didn't mean to imply that you used Hi-8 for editing, just that you have experience with the medium, since you do use it for acquisition. I'll download the files you pointed me too, ASAP.
