Mathew – if the scans were made with a hand scanner, you can use a program
called Draftsman HS from Arbor Image Corp in Ann Arbor MI (313-741-8700).
Last time I checked, it cost $195. I've been reviewing this program for
CADalyst through its last few releases and it's pretty good. It will convert
PCX or TIF to DXF or DXB.
The HS version won't handle scans larger than a hand scanner creates, but
they also have versions for page scanners and large-document scanners.
