Hillary, I also got the upgrade, toaster 4000 and 3.0 software in a2000 amiga. All installed fine. I found out that the new card just does not like b/b in to input 1. The hue is way out, no matter what i do. i'm running boths sources to inputs 1 & 2, this works fine. I'm still going through a learning curve, so can't comment on other bugs. I did go through the windmill trying to get in touch with newtek. I think it's being run by kids, but you said that already. good luck, keep us posted george
