Barbara, I can't really tell you whether it is best to save your images as framestores or as RGB files, although to my eye on my eqquipment framestores seem to afford a a bit better image quality than RGB files. However, it is worth noting that with ASDG's AdPro you can interconvert framestores and RGB (IFF) files. You might try comparing the same image saved as a framestore and as an RGB file using AdPro and reach your own conclusions as to which affords the optimum combination of image quality and storage size for your purpose.
