Steve: I'll second Alan's endorsement of 3D Artist and also suggest that you pick up a copy of CADalyst. CADalyst is an AutoCAD magazine, but it has increasingly been providing more and more coverage of 3D Studio. There's a monthly 3D Corner column dealing with 3D Studio, and we have reviews coming up on a number of 3rd party IPAS routines. We'll also have an increasing number of 3D Studio tips and tricks articles and application stories. And CADalyst's February issue is traditionally focuses pretty specifically on 3D Studio.
