Peter, Hope you don't mind me jumping in here. From the messages, Peter Ducker may not yet have the PC version of Imagine, I do. At first glance you would swear you are looking at an Amiga when you boot up the PC version. The colors, the buttons the only thing that you notice right off is the mouse cursor is a very small, very thin plus sign instead of the big one on the Amiga. There are some other minor differences having to do with the resolutions supported, not being able to import fonts and the like. But for the most part it is the same good old Imagine that we love. Except for a few differences in some of the file formats, you can even share the projects and pics that you render. I am hooking up a PC and Amiga on a Novell network to cut my renders in half. The PIC format name is different because of the brain-dead naming convention on the PC and there is a small byte difference in the file that can be fixed by a transfer program that I wrote (available if anyone needs it). And the colors get shifted down one in the object attributes (trying to get file specs from Impulse so I can write another translator for that problem). I highly recommend both version! Tony
