I can accept that. Imagine and I didn't click, but, as bad as the
manual was, it was accurate. The tutorials worked. And they never
sold pre-alpha software as finished product and then pretended like
nothing was amiss.
It isn't the program I object to as much as the sleaze-ball sales
tactics and the unwillingness to "make it right". Were it not for
the honesty of one of the tech support guys I would have no respect
even for the programmers. But, it is apparent that the marketting
side (I guess thats mainly you) don't care that they probably
alienated all the people they sold pre-release stuff to and to whom
misleading claims were made at NAB 93.
If a happy user is the best advertising, what is one who has been
flim-flammed?
BTW, I'm not trying to get a P!$$!#& contest going here. I just feel
that, until someone I respect gains significant experience with RSI
and Real-3D then convinces me that the situation it turned around,
anecdotal experiences and opinions that warn the potential buyer of
the possibility of getting burnt are in order. I wish someone had
provided such warning to me before NAB 93.
