Doug – About three years ago at the AEC Systems show in Dallas I was on a panel with Tolek Lesniewski. He was showing some images that the architecture students had done. The image that really sticks in my mind is a Japanese temple that was set in the fog-shrouded woods. It is still one of the best student images I have seen done in 3DS. I have just begun teaching a 3D Studio course at the University of Houston – College of Architecture, my alma-mater, and would be interested to know something about your program. How many students are currently taking the 3DS course? We bumped the class limit to 16, and are looking to add an imaging/multimedia (or post-3DS) class next semester. The administration has warmed up to computers considerably since I graduated, about four years ago, but they still have a long way to go. – Peter Noldt, Archimage P.S. is Tolek still at Georgia Tech?
