Thanks for that message, Jeff. I don't have the luck of being an OS/2 beta tester, but from the features I have seen described as _working_ features in Warp, I would say that OS/2 is a remarkable operating system. With Chicago delayed to mid-1995, it sounds like a winner. It is interesting to have points of view others than from the Team OS/2, fans and other IBM people, though. What is so bad about the new interface? Windows NT like interface? I can't believe that IBM have dropped the object oriented interface in OS/2. In fact, it is one of the strongest points: the Workplace. I had the impression (and still have) that the interface is going to be not only kept that way, but also expanded towards OpenDoc and the future Human-Centric Workplace to be present in the Power Personal computers. BTW, What do you think is a good interface? Chicago? A cross-breed between System 7 and the Workplace? Also, to measure your comments I would like to know what do you understand as a power user. Thanks! Cheers! ana /krazy images ps.Hey, it could be great to see some screen shots of that cheesy interface. If you can send some JPEGs to my address (set message to: reciever pays) I will be able to further discuss with you about this topic 🙂 Thanks in advance!
