Alec- Good news. I think I've found our problem. The problem seems to be in
the default settings of the tbciv.ini. I ended up loading the windows version
of the tbciv software and saving the defaults from there and voila, it works.
However, if you go back to the dos version and let it update your default
setting, you're back to the fatal error. You can still use the dos version of
the tbciv software, just don't let if update the defaults. Hope that gets you
running. I noticed that the tbciv.ini that the windows version outputs is
about 900 bytes less than what the dos version saves. Hmmm. It still could be
something on our end since we seem to be the only people with this trouble, but
at least that may get you going. -M
