I think the most RAM an XMS 3.0 driver recognizes is 64MB, Steve – either that
or try "EXTMEM=128000" to force it to use more. (I know QEMM used to not
recognize my > 16MB of XMS, and I had to add a parameter like that – it does
now, so I don't have the parm in my CONFIG.SYS anymore, but I'm pretty sure
that is the correct one…
