Sure, but you need special hardware. There's the Abekas A60 series
DDR's (D1, $19,000 and up), the DPS PAR (JPEG, $3,000 with HD), and
the MAX (not out yet, but around $7000, JPEG). There is no software
only tga player. It's not possible to get that much information
(720x486x24bit = @ 1.2 meg per frame) off current PC compatible hard
disks and through existing PC busses fast enough for real-time
playback.
