Yeah, but "Internet" is to "surfing" as "waiting for the dish to move" is to "channel surfing". 🙂 I know I'd like satellite, but I don't like to wait for the dish to catch up with my trigger finger! Even cable isn't fast enough for me. I have two picture-in-picture cable tuners linked in chain, so I can watch up to three video signals simultaneously. And that's just at the office! Most people don't think about the most useful applications of very large, very high-res screens. I don't want to watch one high-res movie-box, I want three-four resizable channels at once. At the NewTek holiday parties, they set up a great system: a video wall of 36 identical TVs all tuned to cable, one per station. They had one remote with a shotgun-like cardboard tube that could point at a single monitor from the recliner that sat in front of the screens, and another remote that could control them all at once.
