#CEI Update
I spoke with Alex Amor of CEI today. He remains "90 to 95" percent
confident that his proposal for Commodore will be successful. He said he has
met in New York with the liquidator and that his lawyer continues to be in
contact with the liquidator on a daily basis. He said he expects a decision
within "two to four weeks."
I post this here because I think it may be of interest to forum
members and I'm not sure I could construct a separate news story out of it. It
looks as though this thing could stretch out even longer than most of us had
thought. C=Uk is hoping for a decision by Sept. 20.
