JOe, Make sure you have your terminal settings for 8 bits, No parity, 1 stop bit, and that you set the same protocol on your terminal as the one you tell CompuServe to use. If this doesn't work, please tell us what error messages you are getting, and what happens when you try to download. A capture of your effort from the beginning would be helpful. —Betty
