If your error message was "Not an executable file" then you spelled the name correctly and your computer did find the file on the disk – but for some reason, the file must be corrupted. Did you download that file with XModem? If so, you might have to run a program called CHOP to cut off the silly stuff that XModem sometimes puts on the end of files to fill out a partially filled block. Hang in here, and we'll find the answer – but it may take a little more work. Nothing wrong with slide rules except that so few people nowadays can use one. My husband could work a slide rule MUCH faster than a calculator – but with less accuracy, of course. —Betty
