#AMaxIV & WB 3.1
I think I am going to have to get an HD floppy as I have heard that AMax IV
gives random results with the low density drives. It seems like Catch-22 if
you don't have an HD floppy: you can't load System 7.1 until you put in AMax
IV but after you have AMax IV in then you can't use the System 6.0.x. You are
right it seems like one purchase after another. I hope it is not that WB 3.1
is giving problems. However, others on this forum have been running AMax IV
with WB 3.1. I hope that the HD floppy will solve my problems as I hate
pumping in more money with no real results. As I skipped WB2.1 (couldn't get
it at the time), I can't say what the differences are between 2.1 and 3.1.
Once I have any success with AMax IV , I will put out a message.
