I used to do that before I moved to DC some years ago, though the difference
between calling Portland or Seattle was only one cent/minute. Of course Albany
and Portland are in different LATA's within the state. I suppose I should look
into it again. Michael, do you have the number of a 14.4kbps node in your neck
of the woods?
