Chris, >(Please explain the significance of lower case letters, as I did not realise upper case could be a problem) Pardon me for jumping in here, but John didn't need you to explain in lower case letters, but the common practice here on CIS in general is to use upper and lower case normally, and to use only upper case when you want to "shout" at someone, if you're angry or upset or really want to make a point. A MESSAGE IN ALL CAPITALS REALLY CATCHES THE EYES and it just looks out of place. (Note that John included a 🙂 after his comment about lower case – that's a smily face. An indicator that his comment was meant as a helpful hint, a friendly urge, that kind of thing. He wasn't complaining or anything like that. … Mark
