Thanks Doug! I will have to check some of these out. I guess there is not to much exciting collecting in Kentucky. I may have a great specimine from one of the Ill sites already. Flourite (Looks a lot like amathyst) I think. My brother brought it to me as a gift. Is there much jabber about collection in this forum? I think collecting is one of the greatest things to do I can think of. I was out in the west this summer and got a neat variety of rocks. I could not beleive Utah! Every thing I picked up was fantastic! I caught part a TV show that was showing some incredable finds in either the Virginas or in the Carolinas. Any thoughts on where that might have been? Well, sorry about the rambling but thanks a million for the reply.
