This is a tricky phrase. My understanding is you have to explicity be told
public use of the object is O.K. Like in a .txt file that accompanies the
mesh, it says" public use of this mesh for your own personal and comercial use
is O.K."
Just because something is posted on CIS ora BBS, don't assume it is for public
consumption. Verify.
