Brandon I think I have a tempoary solution for you. you can probably reduce it to a macro 1. insert extra frame or use swap screen save you cel if you are going to need it again 2. clear screen 3. turn on One Color option "1" is hot key 4. use opaque ink, easy to see color [white? if key color is black] 5. paste cel you should have a solid [white cel] "Blob" 6. select hollow ink 7. use fill or seperate (single color ) on "Blob" you should now have a out line of the "Blob" line width is one pixel 8. select opauqe ink & white color again make sure brush is 1 pixel (you may want to experiment with bigger values 2-3) 9. select edge tool – click on background outline should be 3 pixels (I didn't count them) 10. Get Cel and delete work frame or swap back 11. select Unzag, or Sooth or what ever INK and paste New Outline Cel over previous Cel pastings If you're freehand pasting – It is going to be hard to line them up exactly! using grid or 2-3 pixels helps with out getting too chunky – but you have to do this first! I think this should also work for optics. making this a POCO isn't straight forward – don't have access to magic One Color option , or Edge – some of many things left out of POCO this incompletness is sort of a pet peve amongst POCOers – you get 90% of a program done and then find you have to reinvent something that is a single key stroke in Ani. Not to worry – I m sure there is a way. Any way this should give you something to use – and see what specifics need to change – for a program for instance I think maybe you may want to have a slider adjustment for outline width, but if it is something not used – then you would find it anoying, I think best way to discover these things is to use them a while and jot down notes – " I really wish ….." also helps justify spending money for tools – do the steps above and see how long it takes – if it is something you do a lot X minutes * Y times per week * $/minute * 52 = payback in a year Let me know what you think & I'll get an Email estimate to you soon.
