Yes you can import .PFB fonts into the 2D Shaper.
The only way to subsequently export them to a non-3DS file format is if you
mesh them (by lofting them or Get Shape from the 3D Editor) and save the
resulting mesh as a DXF file.
And yes, the "holes" in your fonts are correctly preserved in the resulting
meshes.
