I noticed with interest your upcoming YUV.bxp. But I need some enlightenment: The most convenient all-digital post-house near me has a DHD/video recorder, but!, it's not an Abekas, it's an Accom (if I've got the right brand name). It's still YUV, still CCIR-601: 720×486, and they use 4mmDAT for backup, as do I. SO- will the YUV.bxp work for transfer to/from their system? I know I probably need to write the DAT in TAR format, but that's another issue…. although if you have any ideas (my DAT backup is running off a Macintosh on the network; it keeps the PC's free for rendering!)
