I haven't tried this, but you could save your path to disk. Then, start a new
file with a simple box, add the path in the Keyframer to the box, and save the
file as a DXF. You can bring the file into ACAD and get rid of the box, then
edit the path.
Later, bring the path into the Lofter as a DXF file.
