Hi,
I have to agree with Mark. We also specialize in architectural visualization
using AutoCAD and 3DS, and our choice is also ARCHT from KETIV Technologies in
Portland, Oregon. We have been very pleased with it.
For digitizing site plan contours, you're already doing it the way I would,
using Schreiber's Quicksurf. For now, that is the best I have heard of.
