I'm looking at your message and a couple of responses to it regarding soft kicked 3000's at the same time. Once you've put in the roms, you're machine is no longer soft kicked. Soft kicked 3000's actually do have roms that need to be yanked out prior to insertion of new roms. The new roms do not fit in the sockets of the soft kicked roms but in adjacent sockets. Some older soft kicked 3000 mother boards require an add on tower to install new roms. I'm not sure that any of this has pertinence to your situation, but I'm pretty sure there would be problems if two sets of roms were present or the new roms were installed in the wrong sockets. -Richard
