INDY RENDERING
Yes, I know that the Photoshop port is awful, but I really was talking about
PowerPC vs. Pentium. Without a doubt, an Indy or a PowerMac are superior in ANY
sense to ANY Intel machine to date. At least, any Intel machine that could be
useful out of databases and Windows NT SMP capabilities.
My point is that you have to choose your application, then the computer to run
it on. Once 3DS gets ported to _any_ RISC processor, Intel won't make sense for
me at all. Running graphics in machines oriented to office work is not my idea
of fun 🙂 As for Microsoft… I pass the point of no return a lond time ago <g>
Anyway, we have discuss and agree about this many times! WHy are we talking
again and again about the same things? Oh yeah, the guy with the two porsches
brought it… ops, sorry <g>
