For starters, you'll need to look at what's changed in startup-sequence, and
see what's different about rexx- and env:-related thingamabobs (paths,
directory placement, etc.). After that, I would comment-out
enhancements/utilities one-by-one in your startups (incl. WBstartup) and then
try restoring original c: commands.
