Someone suggested another possible source for the problem, my model was created from state plane coordinates and my units are way outside of single precision bounds (x = ~600,000, y = ~400,000) which always causes flukey problems. I am going to slide everything towards 0,0 and try again. I don't have any other ideas… Thanks for the response KJG -Kevin Gilson
